National Health Convention In The Republicans Party

** Our twelfth national convention, which was devoted to health, was held last Tuesday in the presence of Christian Jacob , President of the Republicans, Philippe Juvin , Mayor of Garenne-Colombes, Professor of Medicine, Head of Emergency at Georges-Pompidou Hospital , Annie Delmont-Koropoulis , senator for Seine-Saint-Denis, doctor, Jean-Pierre Door , deputy for Loiret, cardiologist, Frédéric Bizard , economist, specialist in social protection and health issues, and president of the Health and by Jean-Paul Ortiz , President of the Confederation of French Medical Unions (CSMF).

** Our proposals (non-exhaustive)

** Make the Ministry of Health a sovereign ministry that defines a real national health strategy with a National Health Agency that would bring together the 32 current agencies and a five-year health programming law, voted by Parliament.

** Increase the remuneration of hospital staff by paying them all the overtime worked and not recovered.

** Significantly increase the number of health professionals trained by setting training objectives adapted to the needs of each region and by increasing the intake capacity of training organizations, in particular by setting up regional-university/school collaborations.

** Make the reconquest of our health sovereignty a major objective of the national research policy by creating a “Research, innovation and technology transfer in the field of personalized health” program in the finance law.

** Build a powerful and structured e-health sector through the generalization of the shared medical record (DMP); standardization of hospital information systems; the development of telemedicine and medical teleconsultation.
