Hong Kong Search Voter Registration
You may search this website to see if you are a registered elector and your existing registration particulars in the above registers. If you have submitted an application for registration or change of registration particulars, you may check your latest registration particulars for the purpose of compilation of the next registers as and when the Registration and Electoral Office has successfully processed the application.

“Online Voter Information Enquiry System” (OVIES) only allows an elector to check his or her own registered particulars. Anyone who checks another elector’s registered particulars through the OVIES without the latter’s prior written consent may contravene the relevant provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486).

Regulations to be observed in using the system :
Under section 22(3) of the Electoral Affairs Commission (Registration of Electors)(Legislative Council Geographical Constituencies) (District Council Constituencies)Regulation (Cap. 541, Sub. Leg. A) and section 42(3) of the Electoral Affairs Commission (Registration) (Electors for Legislative Council Functional Constituencies) (Voters for Election Committee Subsectors) (Members of Election Committee) Regulation (Cap. 541, Sub. Leg. B), a person who –
(a) reproduces or permits another person to reproduce in any form any particulars contained in an entry in a register or an extract from a register;
(b) uses or permits another person to use any information relating to a person contained in a register or an extract from a register; or
(c) imparts to any other person any information referred to in paragraphs (a) and (b) above as contained in a register, for a purpose other than a purpose related to an election commits an offence and is liable to a fine at level 2 and to imprisonment for 6 months.
“Online Voter Information Enquiry System” (OVIES) only allows an elector to check his or her own registered particulars.
