Philippines Elections Embassy Singapore

Under Republic Act No. 9189 as amended by Republic Act No. 10590, all citizens of the Philippines abroad, who are not disqualified by law, at least eighteen (18) years of age on 09 May 2022, and who are registered overseas voters, may vote in the National and Local Elections. Election period for overseas voters is from 10 April to 9 May 2022 (one month long).

Who Can Register As Overseas Absentee Voter In Singapore?

You Must Be:
** A citizen of the Philippines or a dual citizen not disqualified by law;
** At least eighteen (18) years old by election day in 2022; and
** In Singapore during the overseas election period: 10 April to 9 May 2022 (one month long).

How To Register At The Philippine Embassy?

1. Book your appointment online through this link https://oavregistration.timetap.com:443/
2. Download THIS FORM and fill out completely. If you don’t have a printer, manually fill out the form at the Embassy.
3. Personally appear at the Philippine Embassy for biometrics and photo capturing with your VALID Philippine passport and 1 photocopy of its data page

Note:
** For dual citizens, aside from your Philippine passport, please present the original or certified true copy of the following: (1) Order of Approval to retain or reacquire Filipino citizenship; and (2) Oath of Allegiance.
** Those with existing appointments at the Embassy may visit the OAV Registration counter even without prior OAV Registration appointment.

Important:
** If you voted HERE in Singapore during the 2016 and/or 2019, you NO LONGER NEED TO REGISTER AGAIN.
** If you already REGISTERED here at the Embassy after May 2016, you NO LONGER NEED TO REGISTER AGAIN.
** Please e-mail ov.concerns@comelec.gov.ph or send a message through COMELEC-OFOV Facebook Page https://www.facebook.com/overseasvotingph) if you wish to verify your registration status.
** If you voted in the Philippines during the 2016 and/or 2019 elections, you need to BOOK an appointment and TRANSFER your registration to be able to vote here in Singapore.
** If you have failed to vote in the 2016 and 2019 elections (whether in the Philippines or Singapore) and did not register at the Embassy, your registration record is DEACTIVATED and you need to register again.
