FEO Voter Registration

If you have already turned eighteen and have not yet been registered, visit or contact any of our offices.

We are able to assist in any of the following :
** New registrations
** Update or correction of voter details
** Replacement of Electronic Voter Registration card

Registration Form Details

For new registrations, we will need you to complete a ‘Registration Form’ provided at the FEO Office and also to provide us with a Birth Certificate and any of the valid photo ID listed below :
** Fijian Passport

** FNPF ID
** Driver’s License
** Social Welfare ID

** Employment ID
** Tertiary Student ID
** FIRCA/FNPF Joint Card

To update your residential address, you will only need to complete a ‘Change of Details’ Form and no further documents are required.

If you have a change in name or a correction in the date of birth, you will need to provide us with a Birth Certificate or a Marriage Certificate and complete a ‘Change of Details’ Form.

For replacement of Lost/Stolen EVR Cards, you would to complete a ‘Replacement EVR Form’ and no further documents are required. The request for replacement is free of charge.

About FEO

The Fijian Elections Office [FEO] is an independent Electoral Management Body [EMB] formally established in March 2014 under the Electoral Act, 2014. The mandate of the FEO is to conduct general and other elections in Fiji.

The headquarters of the FEO is based in Suva and it has two other branches in Lautoka and Labasa. The FEO has also set up a Voter Services Centre [VSC] in heart of Suva City.

The Supervisor of Elections [SoE] is the head of the FEO and reports to the Electoral Commission [EC] under the legal framework.

The FEO is made up of fifty two core staff in the non-election years and up to three hundred and fifty staff in an election year. The FEO’s strict adherence to merit based recruitment has allowed it to attract professional and committed personnel to deliver its mandate.

  1. Good evening. I have an Uncle whos mobility is restricted due to injuries sustained. Do you have home visit for his type?

  4. Is the Green Voter ID still valid to use?
