Don’t I have to sign my voter registration application? :
If you have a digitized signature in your Driver License, ID Card or Driver License Permit record at MVD, it serves as your signature. If you don’t know if you have a digitized signature, the system will tell you during the application process.

Is my MVD record sent to the county recorder? :
Only the voter registration information you provide and your digitized signature are sent to your county recorder upon your conclusion of Voter Registration. The Secretary of State facilitates the transfer of voter registration information between the county recorder and the MVD, as well as provides the customer support for the Voter Registration application.

What happens to my application? :
The electronic voter registration application is then transferred from MVD to your county recorder by the Secretary of State. Upon processing the voter registration application, the county recorder will mail a voter registration card to you. (Please allow three to six weeks for delivery.)

When will I get my voter registration card? :
You should receive your card in three to six weeks. If you do not receive a card after this period of time, please call the county recorder to determine the status of the voter registration application.

Who can register to vote in an Arizona election? :

Who can use Voter to register to vote in an Arizona election? :

How soon before an election do I need to register? :

** Voter registrations do not expire.
** You do not need to re-register to vote before each election.
** You need to re-register if your party preference changes or you move from one county to another county in Arizona.
