JDP Constitution :
1 ARTICLE A : (Name of the Party, Motto and Flag)
1.1. The Political Party shall be Democratic to be known as Justice and Development Party Pakistan hereinafter referred to as “JDP”
1.2. “Article” means an Article of the Constitution of Justice and Development Party Pakistan.
1.3. JDP motto is Justice Unity Development. JDP slogan is update the system.
1.4. JDP shall use three color flag, blue for Justice, Green for Unity, Yellow for Development with Moon and Star in the Green area as in Pakistan’s Flag.

2 ARTICLE B (Legislature – JDP Central Council)
2.1. All legislative powers shall be vested in JDP Central Council which shall be composed of all JDP District Councils.
2.2. A JDP District Council shall be composed of all JDP Tehsil Councils while a JDP Tehsil Council shall be composed of all JDP Union Councils.
2.3. A JDP Union Council shall be composed of all Party members in that Union Council.
2.4. JDP Central Speaker, JDP District Speaker, JDP Tehsil Speaker, and JDP Union shall be chosen by majority of votes for four fiscal years.
2.5. JDP Central Speaker shall have full powers to appoint members at different tiers under JDP Central Council with the advice of JDP Central Judge.
2.6. Borrow or Lend Money on the name of the JDP is prohibited.
2.7. Hidden agreement(s) between any Governments or any Political Party with JDP is prohibited.

3 ARTICLE C : (Judiciary – JDP Central Judiciary)
3.1. All Judiciary powers shall be vested in JDP Central Judiciary which shall be composed of all JDP District Judiciary.
3.2. A JDP District Judiciary shall be composed of all JDP Tehsil Judiciary while a JDP Tehsil Judiciary shall be composed of all JDP Union Judiciary.
3.3. JDP District Judge, JDP Tehsil Judge, and JDP Union Judge shall be appointed by JDP Central Judge with the advice of JDP Central Speaker for four fiscal years.
3.4. Founder of the Party shall be JDP Central Judge who shall have full powers to appoint the members at different tiers of the Party even him.

4 ARTICLE D :(Presidency – JDP Central Presidency)
4.1. All Executive powers shall be vested in JDP Central Presidency which shall be composed of all JDP District Presidency.
4.2. A JDP District Presidency shall be composed of all JDP Tehsil Presidency while a JDP Tehsil Presidency shall be composed of all JDP Union Presidency.
4.3. JDP Central Executive, JDP District Executive, JDP Tehsil Executive, and JDP Union Executive shall be chosen by majority of votes for four fiscal years.
4.4. JDP Central Executive shall be called Party Leader.
4.5. Party Leader shall have full powers to appoint different members at different tiers under JDP Central Presidency with the advice of JDP Central General Secretary.
4.6. JDP Central General Secretary, JDP District General Secretary, JDP Tehsil General Secretary, and JDP Union General Secretary shall be chosen by majority of votes for four fiscal years.

5 ARTICLE E : (JDP Aims and Objectives)
5.1. JDP aims are to uphold principles of democracy, freedom, union & brotherhood, defense & security, tranquility, equity, tolerance and justice & equality as enunciated by Religion Islam.
5.2. JDP aims are to struggle for strengthens the foundations of Pakistan by division of finance, powers and responsibilities equity and by end discrimination on the basis of caste, color, creed, sex, religion, language and by giving equal status and opportunities; social and economic equality for all Pakistani People and to reduce the concentration of wealth in a few hands, and provide a decent standard of living to all.
5.3. JDP aims are to form a federation with other Islamic Nations on basis of Common Revenue / Coin, Defense, Religion, Judiciary, Foreign Affairs, Commerce.
5.4. JDP aims are to form and maintain prohibition of Martial Law, emergency and monarchy, prohibition of Public Debt and Lend, prohibition of dissolution of any department including Senate and National Assembly; prohibition of hidden agreement between other governments and / or countries; further to establish same respect for all prophets.
5.5. JDP aims are to establish and maintain peace, insure domestic tranquility and harmony in civil society and ensure security and protection of life, honor and property of every citizen by authorize Local Government to insure mostly fundamental human rights; further official of local government will be available to people at all time and easy to access.
5.6. JDP aims are to motivate people to do any job or get education and no man can live jobless.
5.7. JDP aims are to use water of all rivers to produce electricity before rivers fall in ocean enabling us to produce enough electricity and to finish electricity load-shedding.
5.8. JDP aims are to establish that Food, Crops, Livestock shall not be exported until all local governments of the country have more than enough reserves for their peoples for one year enabling us to avoid crisis.
5.9. JDP objectives are to establish free Education, Health and Pension for all: pension for old, defective and orphans shall be for all Pakistani People on equal basis; further children look after their old parents instead of expelling from home.
5.10. JDP objectives are to form and stabilize all departments of State on the basis of duties permanently to insure that any Government shall neither abolish or dissolve the departments nor even expel chief of department.
5.11. JDP objectives are to establish minimum one factory in each Union Council of Pakistan to increase in employment and people stop to dwell in major cities.
5.12. JDP objectives are to increase employment 5% yearly, power / electricity production 10% yearly, literacy 10% yearly and strive for low-priced 5% yearly.
5.13. JDP objectives are to establish that items produced or manufactured in one union council shall be easily available in all others.

6 ARTICLE F : (Functioning of the Party)
6.1. All projects of the JDP shall be controlled by JDP Central Working Committee which will be the principal executive organ of the Party. It will discuss and set overall party policies and strategies. Decisions will be taken by a simple majority vote. JDP Central Working Committee will have the right to set up temporary or permanent subcommittees to oversee various operating, policy and strategy aspects of the JDP’s activities.
6.2. JDP Central Judge, JDP Central Executive, JDP Central Speaker, JDP Central General Secretary shall be the permanent members of JDP Central Working Committee. JDP Central Executive shall be the Chairman of JDP Central Working Committee.
6.3. JDP District Judge, JDP District Executive, JDP District Speaker, JDP District General Secretary shall be the permanent members of JDP District Working Committee. JDP District Executive shall be the Chairman of JDP District Working Committee.
6.4. JDP Tehsil Judge, JDP Tehsil Executive, JDP Tehsil Speaker, JDP Tehsil General Secretary shall be the permanent members of JDP Tehsil Working Committee. JDP Tehsil Executive shall be the Chairman of JDP Tehsil Working Committee.
6.5. JDP Union Judge, JDP Union Executive, JDP Union Speaker, JDP Union General Secretary shall be the permanent members of JDP Union Working Committee. JDP Union Executive shall be the Chairman of JDP Union Working Committee.
6.6. JDP Finance Secretary, JDP Information Secretary, JDP Public Secretary, JDP Registration Secretary, JDP Commerce Secretary, JDP Industry Secretary, JDP Education Secretary, JDP Health Secretary, JDP Agricultural Secretary, JDP Food Secretary, JDP Livestock Secretary, JDP Mining Secretary, JDP Press Secretary, JDP Technology Secretary, JDP Exhibition Secretary, and JDP Project Secretary shall be appointed by related JDP Executive with the advice of related JDP General Secretary; for Central, District, Tehsil and Union when needed. Appointed persons shall also be the members of related JDP Working Committee.
6.7. General Meeting of all JDP Working Committees shall be held half-yearly under chairmanship of JDP Central Executive.
6.8. Meeting of each JDP Working Committee shall be held monthly.
6.9. General Meeting of all JDP Councils shall be held yearly under chairmanship of JDP Central Speaker.
6.10. General Meeting of JDP Tehsil Council, JDP Union Council shall be held quarter-yearly.

8 ARTICLE H : (JDP Rules and Regulations)
8.1. The term of the office of the members of JDP Central Working Committee (excluding JDP Central Judge), JDP District Working Committee, JDP Tehsil Working Committee, JDP Union Working Committee shall be four fiscal years.
8.2. For any meeting, three fourth members shall be required to form a quorum.
8.3. During general meetings of JDP Working Committees and JDP Councils; Performance Report of every office bearer and Income and Expenditure Report shall be present before JDP members.
8.4. JDP members shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors. Suspension or expulsion of member will only be done after decision of related JDP judge, member shall be provided with a reasonable opportunity to show cause against the action proposed and of hearing. A member may address resignation to related JDP Chief. One appeal against the decision of Judge shall be permissible before JDP Central Working Committee.
8.5. Speaker of each council shall be responsible to record the minutes of the meetings of their councils as well as working committee.
8.6. JDP Central Judge is the permanent member of the Party and no election will be held for the party office of JDP Central Judge.
8.7. JDP Central Judge has full power to appoint or nominate his successor; to appoint members at different tiers of JDP even him and cannot be expelled from the Party.
8.8. JDP Central Executive will have the right to convene extraordinary meeting(s) of JDP committees at any time at short notice prior.
8.9. A JDP member or group of members may nominate in writing any other member of the party as a delegate to represent him or them and cast his or their votes in a party meeting.
8.10. JDP will have the right to expel any JDP member who violates party rules, values and / or ethics; who is convicted of a criminal offense; who is rendered, for any reason, physically or mentally incapable or carrying out his duties and / or becomes subject to a conflict of interest.
8.11. All JDP members shall fulfill the obligations to support the JDP founding manifesto, to support JDP principals of policy platform, to pay the fee on time, to support and participate as much as possible activities held by JDP, to safeguard the good reputation of JDP and uphold the cohesion among JDP party members and offices at all levels.
8.12. Any act that hinders the development of the party or jeopardizes the interests of the party, any act or speech which seriously disgraces the party, fails to pay fees, disobey or fail to conform to the decisions of JDP, fails to maintain confidentiality in respect of information classified as confidential information or restricted documents, knowing them to be such may cause suspension and / or expulsion of JDP member.

9 ARTICLE I : (Procedure and Criteria of JDP membership)
9.1. A Pakistani person minimum 18 years of age can get membership only from one Union Council.
9.2. Candidate for taking part in intra-party elections for offices of JDP Working Committees; the person must be Pakistani, minimum 18 years of age having good credibility in society, having enough knowledge of Islam including Politics and living as pious human.
9.3. When a new member request for JDP membership. Person shall have to provide Name of Person, Gender, Religion, CNIC Number, Contact Information, Name and Number of residing Union Council and National Halqa. Pakistani Citizens living abroad may get membership and they will have to provide Pakistan Origin Card Number instead.
9.4. Applicant shall be given a registration number for membership of JDP? There is no special obligation for getting membership of JDP but for being a candidate for contesting in intra-party Election; person will have to sign a form declaring that “he/she is neither member of any other political party nor a part of civil government including military.”
9.5. JDP membership card may be issued to all interested JDP members for one fiscal year. A recent photograph shall be required for membership card.
